Michael D. Susi, 52, of Wareham, passed away Monday, June 4, 2018 at his home under the care of his family and hospice. He was the loving husband of Kimberly A. (Hopkins) Susi. Born May 6, 1966 in Brockton, he was the beloved son of Joan V. (Gennaco) Susi and the late Frank J. Susi. Raised in Brockton, he graduated from Brockton High School in 1984. He served in the United States Army in the 82nd Airborne Division. Michael worked for many years for Yankee Sprinkler Company as a Sprinkler Fitter. He has been a resident of Wareham for 22 years and especially enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Michael was blessed to have special caregivers, his sister Leah; his cousins, Lisa Manoli and Laurie Pacitto. In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by his children, Michael J. Susi and Jodi E. Susi; his sister Leah Doherty; he is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Marc Susi. Funeral from the Russell & Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., (Rt123) Brockton on Saturday at 11:00AM thence to Christ the King Parish, 54 Lyman St., Brockton where a funeral mass will be celebrated for the repose of his soul at 12:30PM. Cremation will follow. Calling hours in the Russell & Pica Funeral Home on Friday from 4:00-7:00PM.
