Obituary

Michele M. Barber (Kiefer) age 67, of Brockton, passed away on Sunday, September 12, 2021, at Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital. She was the loving wife of Francis J. “Frank” Barber.

Born and raised in Charleroi, PA, she was the daughter of the late Raymond T. and Georgette (Helterbran) Kiefer.

She worked as a personal care assistant in the home health care industry for many years. Michele had a great love for cooking and hated to see people not fed. She cared deeply for others. Mrs. Barber enjoyed crafting and liked handmade goods. She was a member of Trinity Baptist Church in Brockton. Michele had a strong passion and love for singing, which she also did at church.

In addition to her husband Frank, she leaves her daughter Cecilia McElroy, of Brockton and her brother, Mike Tividor, also of Brockton.

A Celebration of Life for Michele Barber will be held on October 9, 2021 at 10:00am at Trinity Baptist Church at the Converge Christian Center, 1367 Main Street Brockton, MA.
