Obituary

Michelle D. Evans, age 71, of Brockton, died December 19, 2021 at the Brockton Hospital after a period of failing health. She was born and raised in Dorchester, the daughter of the late John and Hilda (Branch) Evans and had lived in Brockton for the past ten years.

Michelle was a graduate of Jamaica Plain High School and received her Bachelor Degree from Suffolk University. At the time of her death, Michelle was a clerk in the administrative offices at the Mass Registry of Motor Vehicles in Quincy. She held many jobs in the Boston area and enjoyed her time working at the New England Aquarium.

Michelle will be remembered as a quiet and private woman who loved to read, traveled when she could and dreamed of going to Africa.

Michelle is survived by her brother Michael Evans and his wife Elise of Brockton, a niece Cindia Devaugh and a cousin Emma Chambers of Houston, TX.
