Mikael (Pierre) Ducheine, of Brockton, passed away Tuesday, June 07, 2022.
Mikael was born on September 7, 1958 in Hinche, Haiti. She was the daughter of the late Raphael Pierre and mother, Lalouse Dorismond. She moved to Boston on April 3rd,1993. She went to school, worked hard to ensure her children had more opportunities. She was an enthusiastic Nursing Assistant. She worked at the Plymouth Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center for over 10 years. She was loved by many of her co-workers and was given the nickname, Mikie. She was dedicated to her work and a caregiver to many. Mikael was a caring and loving person who was always there when you needed her. She had a great sense of humor and could brighten up any room that she entered. She can be described as someone who was strong, resilient, bold, caring, confident and helpful.Throughout her life, Mikael enjoyed spending quality time with friends and family.Her love for family was unmatched. Her strength, courage and generosity is what gave her family a root to stand on.
Mikael is survived by her children, Evans Joseph, and Jeffrey Joseph. She is also survived by her siblings, Mikerlange Peirre, Mona Pierre, Nadeige Pierre and Henry Michel Pierre.
As well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
We also extend our condolences to our family and friends. We thank you for your prayers, calls, messages, and all other displays of comfort during this time of sorrow. We know she is now healed and home with God.

Calling hours Saturday, June 25, 2022 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM in the Russell & Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St.(Rt.123) Brockton followed by a funeral service at 10:30 AM. Interment will be in Melrose Cemetery, Brockton at 12:00 PM
