Obituary

Miriam L. (Renn) Kelleher, 94 years of Brockton died Friday October 16, 2009 at Bourne Manor. She was the wife of the late J. Robert Kelleher. Miriam was born in Brockton, a daughter of the late Richard J. and Loretta F. (Barry) Renn. She had lived in Brockton for most of her life and for many years had worked as a bookkeeper in the Brockton area. A former member of the Brockton Orchestral Society, she enjoyed traveling and was an avid Red Sox fan.

She is survived by her son Robert Kelleher of Warren, MA, her daughter Laura Kelleher of Pocasset, her sister Barbara Shinnick of Brockton as well as several grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was the mother of the late Miriam Gliniewicz of Middleborough and sister of the late Irene Bishop, Grace Donahue, Laura Cyr and Elsie McGinley.

Visitation will be held in the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton Tuesday from 10 to 10:45am. Followed by a Funeral Mass in Our Lady of Lourdes Church , at 11am. Burial in Calvary Cemetery, Brockton. Donations in memory of Miriam may be made to the Charity of One’s Choice.
