Chubbuck, of Brockton, March 18, 2006, Nancy E. (Ayers) Chubbuck, 65 years. Mother of Harold “Bill” Chubbuck, Jr., Rhonda Curtis, Michelle Branch, Mary Faletti, Andrew Shevchuk, Sharon Asam, James Chubbuck and the late Michael Chubbuck. She also leaves many loving grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service in the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton Wednesday at 11am. Burial in Melrose Cemetery. Visiting Hours Tuesday 4-8pm.

Obituary information

Nancy E. (Ayers) Chubbuck, 65 years died Saturday evening at the Brockton Hospital after a lengthy battle with cancer. Born in Natick, daughter of the late Raymond and Mary (Walsh) Ayers, she was raised in Brockton, was a graduate of Brockton High School and had been a lifelong resident.

For many years she had been employed at the former Brockwood Health Care Facility and West Acres Nursing Home. Nancy enjoyed trips to Foxwoods, shopping, spending time with her family and was an avid Red Sox fan.

She is survived by three sons Harold “Bill” Chubbuck, Jr., Andrew Shevchuk and James Chubbuck all of Brockton, four daughters Rhonda Curtis of Brockton, Michelle Branch and Mary Faletti both of Oklahoma City, OK, and Sharon Asam of Carver, two brothers Raymond Ayers of Hamstead, NH and Paul Ayers of Bridgewater, 14 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was the mother of the late Michael Chubbuck.
