Nancy A. (Bourne) Kovatis, 74, of West Bridgewater, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 22, 2018 with her loving family by her side. She was the wife of William Kovatis. Born June 2, 1944, in Brockton, MA she was a daughter of the late Basil L. Bourne and Dorothy L. (Loud) Bourne. Nancy was a graduate of Brockton High School Class of 1962. She had been a resident of West Bridgewater for the last 50 years. Nancy grew up working for her father in the family business, Bourne's Transportation to later become the owner of Boco, Inc. She retired at the age of 55. Nancy loved to shop, and her favorite time of year was Christmas. Most of all she enjoyed time with her family and friends. The family would like to give special thanks to her nurse Rose, from Old Colony Hospice. She is survived by her husband, William Kovatis of West Bridgewater; her children, Lisa Andrade of West Bridgewater, Leanne Pacheco of Brockton and Todd Kovatis and his fiancé, Gayl Doherty of Naples, FL.; her grandchildren, Mia and Nicholas Pacheco and Jack Andrade; her siblings, Robert Bourne and his wife Maureen and Calvin Bourne and his wife Debbie; her aunt, Beverly Mackin; and her best friend Kathy Asiaf. Funeral Services will be held in the Russell & Pica Funeral Home, 441 South Main St., (RT28) West Bridgewater, on Friday, December 28th at 10:00AM. Interment will follow in the Pine Hill Cemetery, West Bridgewater. Calling hours will be held on Thursday from 4:00PM-8:00PM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Old Colony Hospice, 321 Manley St., West Bridgewater, MA
