Funeral from the J. Frank Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton, Friday at 8am. Funeral Mass in St. Thomas Aquinas Church at 9am. Burial in St. Thomas Aquinas Cemetery. Obituary Information

Nancy died unexpectedly at her home Tuesday morning. She was born in Brockton, daughter of the late William H. and Margaret (McFadden) O’Brien. She was raised in Bridgewater and was a graduate of Bridgewater Raynham Regional High School and the LeBaron Beauty Academy in Brockton. She had been employed as a hairdresser for over 30 years, and at the time of her death she was employed by Alina’s Hair Design in Brockton.

She is survived by her fiance Alvan H. Post of Bridgewater, four brothers Joseph F. of California, Dennis R. of Brockton, Patrick J. of Whitman, and Daniel P. of East Bridgewater, five sisters Grace Pratt of Arizona, Mary Washburn of Bridgewater, Kathleen Flynn of Florida, Sharon Boucher of East Bridgewater, and Romona McDonald of Chatham. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was the sister of the late William H., John M. and Kevin C. O’Brien
