Obituary

Nancy Genevieve (Luongo) Pucillo of Boston, Brockton, and Norton Massachusetts, passed away peacefully on Friday, December 20, 2024, after a battle with Alzheimer's Disease. She was predeceased by her husband of 59 years, Louis Pucillo.

Nancy grew up in the North End of Boston. She was very proud of her Italian identity. She was an avid reader and was very happy to sit with a cat on her lap, a book in her hands and a cup of coffee or tea nearby. During the pandemic, her front porch became her "outdoor living room" where friends and neighbors were invited to come over for coffee or cocoa and her homemade pizzelles. Nancy was a great cook and a sensible bargain shopper, and enjoyed going on day trips and cruises with Lou.

She leaves behind her daughter Judy Lizio and son-in-law Peter Lizio of Norton, MA; and daughter Sandra Pucillo and daughter-in-law Dana Gravel of Jericho, VT, as well as nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
