Norma Quinn, 86, of Brockton passed away on November 13, 2024 at the Copley Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Stoughton after a brief illness. She was the wife of Richard F. Quinn of Brockton.

Born on November 2, 1938 in Brockton, MA, she was the daughter of the late Vincent Juliano and Virginia (Terrzano) Juliano. Raised in Brockton she graduated from Brockton High School, Class of 1956, where she played basketball.

Norma was a long-term employee of Sigma Instruments in Braintree, retiring in 2000 after over 4 decades of dedicated service in computer operations and purchasing. When not cooking something spectacular in the kitchen Norma and Dick enjoyed trips to Italy, California, and Las Vegas. One of her more memorable trips was the family trip to Disneyland.

Norma's love for cooking was rooted in her Italian heritage and started by her work in her parents' family store, Juliano's Market, located on Walnut Street in Brockton.

Norma is survived by her husband of 66 years, Richard F. Quinn, and her daughters Nancy Carroll and her spouse Mark and Patricia Campbell and her spouse Christopher as well as her grandchildren Brian Carroll and Richard Carroll and his spouse Thomas White. She is also survived by her sister Luisa Matta of New Hampshire.

Services will be held at Russell & Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont Street in Brockton, with a visitation on Sunday, November 17th from 4PM to 7PM followed by a prayer service on Monday November 18th at 10AM. Interment will follow at Melrose Cemetery, 88 North Pearl Street in Brockton.
