Online Obituaries Olivia Pina Barros, 90, of Brockton passed away Monday April 9, 2012 at the Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital. She was the wife of Abel Ledo DeBarros. Born June 2, 1921 in Fogo, Cape Verde, she was a daughter of the late Manuel Justin Depina and Luisa Depina. Olivia was raised and educated in Cape Verde and came to Brockton in 1989 where she has lived since then. She loved music and dancing and watching TV. She is survived by her husband, Abel Ledo DeBarros; her children, Idalina Pereira and her husband Fransisco, Augusto DeBarros and his wife Maria Fontes, Jose DeBarros, Luisa Barros Ramos and her husband Joao Ramos, Silvina DaLuz and her husband Irlando, Aline DeBarros and her husband Manuel. She was the sister of Olivia Cardoso. She is also survived by her 17 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral Information Funeral from the Russell Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., (RT123) Brockton on Saturday, April 14, 2012 at 8:00AM followed by a funeral mass in St. Edith Stein/St. Edward Parish, 71 East Main St., Brockton at 9:00AM.
