Palmira Andrade Silva Palmira Andrade Silva , 91, of Brockton, passed away Sunday, March 6, 2011 at the Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton. She was the wife of Marcelino Silva. Born April 23, 1919 in Fogo, Cape Verde, she was the daughter of the late Anibal DeAndrade and Bernarda (Gomes) DeAndrade. She is survived by Leopoldina DaSilva, Maria Silva, Augusto Andrade Silva and Anibal A. DaSilva. Funeral Information Funeral from the Russell Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., (Rt123) Brockton on Saturday, March 12th at 8:00AM followed by a funeral mass in St. Edith Stein/St. Edward Parish, 71 East Main St., Brockton at 9:00AM.
