Born on June 30, 1960 in Brockton to the late Paul E. Bates and Marion(Eldridge ) Bates. She was raised and attended schools in Brockton, She was a dedicated Loving Mother and Grandmother, and loved spending lots of time with her grandchildren. She also loved going to the parks, beaches and traveling down south, her dog Plants and would always feed the stray animals, and would give the shirt of her back if you needed it. She enjoyed bingo from time to time and going shopping, loved telling jokes and going for rides listening to music. Pam leaves to cherish her memories, her children, Renee Bates, Ronald Bates and Roxanne Bates all of Brockton; her grandchildren, Derrick Dennis, Destinee Dennis, Dejah Dennis and Tearra Bates; her sisters, Paula Powers, Donna Bates and Cathy Esso; her brother, Paul Bates; her long time soulmate and companion, Alley Johnson; she is also survived by a host of other family and friends. She was also the sister of the late Roy Bates.
