Obituary

Patricia A. Petrone, age 70, of Myrtle Beach, SC passed away Friday, May 25, 2012. The daughter of the late Freno J. and Doris B. (Simpson) Petrone, she was born in Brockton and was a graduate of Brockton High School Class of 1959. She had been a resident of Myrtle Beach over the last 20 years, and previously lived in West Wareham and Bridgewater.

Patricia had been a secretary in several Brockton and Whitman area businesses. Most recently before retirement, she was the Human Resources Administrator for the Waccamaw Pottery Outlet in Myrtle Beach. Patricia’s devoted love of animals was expressed through her many animal welfare association memberships in MA and SC, as well as through volunteering many hours of her time to help animals in need.

Patricia is survived by her son David M. Paccia and his wife Patricia of Bridgewater, her sister Elaine Bowyer of Bridgewater, four nieces, a nephew and great nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Donald and Richard Petrone.
