Obituary

Patrick M. Ferreira, 23 years, of Brockton died Wednesday July 21, 2010 at the University Hospital in Newark, New Jersey from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident. Born in Brockton and raised in Gaf. do Carmo, Portugal, he was a son of Alirio of Brockton and Maria (Moreira) Ferreira of Portugal. Patrick was employed for Allegheny Contract for five years. He loved motorcycles, having fun and making people laugh. He was also very handy and always lent a hand to everyone.

He is survived by his twin brother Alirio Ferreira, Jr. and his wife Joana, his sisters Elisabete Ferreira and Carina Ferreira all of Brockton, a niece Jessica, two nephews Ryan and Patrick and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral from the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte123) Brockton Tuesday July 27, at 9:30am. Funeral Mass in St. Edith Stein Parish at 10:30am. Burial in Melrose Cemetery. Visiting hours Monday 5-9pm.
