IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Paul "Chief"
Donaruma
January 25, 1966 – May 5, 2023
Paul "Chief/Chiefy" Donaruma, 57, of Taunton, formally of Brockton passed away on Friday, May 5, 2023 at the St. Elizabeth's Medical Center in Boston after a brave fight with cancer.
Born in Boston on January 25, 1966, he was the son of the late Pasquale "Pat" Donaruma and Mary (Devine) Donaruma.
Paul had a strong work ethic and most recently worked in construction as a plasterer.
Paul was an avid sports fan; he especially liked the New England sports teams and followed them faithfully. Watching sports without Paul, just won't be the same.
Paul is survived by his siblings Theresa (and Matt) Howes of England, Maureen of Brockton, Michael (and Dareise) of Taunton, Lisa (and John) O'Donnell of Brockton and Robert (and Andrea) of Dublin, NH. Paul was blessed to have many friends that he will always consider family. Paul was a very special Uncle to Alex, Julie and Tim Donaruma, Michael and Nicholas Carpentieri and Jack and Lauren O'Donnell. He is also survived by a special young girl, Aaila, who loved him as "Grandpa". Paul is predeceased by his longtime girlfriend, the late Beth Fottler of Taunton.
Calling hours in the Russell & Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., (Rt123) Brockton on Saturday, May 13th from 12:00PM-2:00PM followed by a prayer service in the funeral home at 2:00PM. Private cremation to follow.
