Obituary

Paul Dufresne, age 67 of Brockton, died December 14, 2013 at Signature Healthcare/Brockton Hospital following a lengthy illness. Born, raised and educated in Brockton, he was the son of the late Edmund J. and Barbara (Dewing) Dufresne. Paul played the violin and sang Handel’s Messiah and was affiliated with the Brockton Symphony. He was an avid history buff, especially of George Washington, and also enjoyed caning antique furniture.

Paul is survived by a sister Marilyn Mehl and her husband Frederick of Brockton and several nieces and nephews, many cousins and an aunt and an uncle.

Visitation will be held in the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton Thursday 10-11am, followed by burial in Union Cemetery, Brockton.
