Obituary

Paul L. Gooch, 72 years of Brockton, died Monday, March 9, 2009 at his home. He was born in Medford, a son of the late Leon and Veronica (Donovan) Gooch. Paul had been employed as a sales representative for Food Enterprises, Inc. He was an active and dedicated member of Alcoholics Anonymous, helping many in the Brockton area, was a member of the Chapel of Our Savior and a grandfather who cherished his grandchildren.

He is survived by his daughter Kristen Gooch and her partner Scott Dean of Abington; two grandchildren Timothy White and Kelcey Dean; three sisters Phyllis Gooch, June Matarese, Gail Coulombe; four brothers Robert, Neil, Kenneth and Allen Gooch and was the father of the late Paul S. Gooch.

Funeral from the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton Saturday at 8am. Funeral Mass in Our Lady of Lourdes Church at 9am. A private family burial will follow in Melrose Cemetery, Brockton. Visiting Hours Friday 5-8pm. At Paul's request, please omit flowers.
