Goodwin of Brockton, December 27, 2005, Paula (St. John) Goodwin, 63 years. Mother of Michael, Sister of Rosemary Watts and her husband Richard of West Bridgewater, aunt of Robert Watts of Fairfax, VA and Jeffrey Watts of Taunton. Great aunt of Christine, Michael, Elizabeth and Erica Watts all of Virginia.

A Memorial Mass and gathering to celebrate her life will be held at a later date. Donations in Paula’s name may be made to The Last Resort,(Cat Shelter) 1126 Broadway, Hanover, MA 02339.

Obituary

Paula (St. John) Goodwin, 63 years, of Brockton, died unexpectedly Tuesday at Caritas Good Samaritan Medical Center. Born and raised in Brockton, daughter of the late Paul V. and Stella (Siciliano) St. John. She was a graduate of St. Patrick School, class of 1960. She had been employed by Garland Mills in Brockton, Northrup Corporation in Norwood and Johnson and Johnson Corporation in Raynham. Paula was an animal advocate and active in the Feral Cat Program which trapped, spayed, neutered Feral cats and found homes for the cats. She was also an avid reader.

She is survived by a son Michael, one sister Rosemary Watts of West Bridgewater, her former husband Edward Goodwin of Canton, two nephews Robert Watts of Fairfax, VA and Jeffrey Watts of Taunton, three great nieces and a great nephew, Christine, Michael, Elizabeth and Erica Watts all of Virginia.
