Online Obituaries Randall G. Randy Hirtle, Jr., 76, of West Bridgewater, passed away peacefully on Monday, December 19, 2016, surrounded by family, at the Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton. He was the beloved husband for forty-four years of Dorothy (Morse) Hirtle. Born June 9, 1940 in Dorchester, he was the son of the late Randall G. Hirtle and Pearl (Fisher) Hirtle. Randy retired from the Society of St. Vincent DePaul after 38 years. He enjoyed watching the New England Patriots and Boston Red Sox. He is survived by his wife, Dorothy (Morse) Hirtle; his children, Deborah McCormack, Dana Schaaf, Mark Schaaf, Michael Schaaf, Kellie Harrington, Debi Udicious and Rick Bevins and their spouses; his siblings, Jeannette P. Ide, Joanne Maturo, Harry Hirtle, Chuck Hirtle and Joy Aran; he is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late George, Melvin and Ronald Hirtle and Joan Daniels. Funeral Information Following Cremation, A Memorial Gathering will be held in the Russell & Pica Funeral Home, 441 South Main St., (Rt28) WEST BRIDGEWATER on Wednesday, December 28th from 10:00AM-12:00PM followed by a Memorial Service in the Funeral Home at 12:00PM. Interment will follow in Central Cemetery, East Bridgewater.
