Obituary

Raymond J. Kelliher, 80 years, of Randolph, formerly of Brockton, died unexpectedly, February 19, 2008. Husband of the late Dorothy B. (Cooper) Kelliher. He was raised and educated in Brockton and in 1949 founded the R.J. Kelliher Trucking Company of Brockton which he ran for 48 years. He was an avid boater who enjoyed time with his family and for more than ten years he had been a member of the Bourne Mariner.

He was the father of Dr. Timothy R. Kelliher of Topsfield, Katherine D. Kelliher of Old Orchard Beach, ME, and Thomas R. Kelliher and his wife Dawn of Dighton; grandfather of Ryan and Kristen Kelliher of Norwich, VT and Drew, Victoria and Caroline Kelliher of Dighton; brother of Catherine Donnelly of Randolph; Richard Kelliher and his wife Janice of E. Bridgewater and John Kelliher and his wife Marion of Brockton; brother in law of Dr. Melvin Haddad of Bridgewater and former father in law of Mary Bender of Norwich, Vt. He was the brother of the late Maryrose Haddad.

Funeral from the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton Monday at 10am. Funeral Mass in Our Lady of Lourdes Church at 11am. Burial in Calvary Cemetery, Brockton.
