Regina (Rocha) DePina 87, of Brockton passed away on Wednesday, February 20, 2019 under the care of her loving family after a lengthy illness. She was the wife of the late Heitor DePina. Born on January 20, 1932, in Brava, Cabo Verde, she was a daughter of the late Joao DaRocha and Cristina Baptista. Regina was a factory worker for the shoe industry. She has been a Brockton resident for over 40 years. Regina enjoyed sewing, and cooking. She was very religious and attended mass regularly. She is survived by her children; Rita Pina, her spouse Joaquim Pina, Manuel Rocha, Antonio Sena, Jose R. Sena, spouse Mary Ann Sena and Elizabeth DePina Andrade. Regina is also survived by her sister Maria Rocha Baptista, many grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Antonio Rocha Baptista. Funeral from the Russell & Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., Brockton on Wednesday, February 27th at 9:00AM followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Edith Stein/St. Edward Parish, 71 East Main St., Brockton at 10:00AM.
