Reginald H. "Reg" Stanbrook Reginald H. "Reg" Stanbrook , 85, passed away Tuesday, November 8, 2011 at Baypointe Nursing Home in Brockton. He was the beloved husband of Gloria (Tarantino) Stanbrook. Born July 27, 1926 in London, England he was the son of the late Stephen Stanbrook and Emma (Porter) Stanbrook. Raised and educated in London he served in the Royal Navy. He was the former husband of the late Ellen Blair. Mr. Stanbrook worked for BPM/Shaws for 34 years and retired in 1988. He has been a Brockton resident since 1952 and became an American Citizen in 1962. He enjoyed traveling to England and around the World. He is survived by his wife, Gloria (Tarantino) Stanbrook; his children, Eileen Charter and her husband Edward of Vineyard Haven, Stephen Stanbrook and his wife Kim of Brockton, Daniel Kelly and his wife Maryanne of East Bridgewater, Kathryn Teeter and her husband Paul of Pembroke, Ellen Stanbrook of Pembroke and John Stanbrook and his wife Jacquelyn of Halifax; his sibling, Sidney Stanbrook and his wife Betty of London; he is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, and several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Eileen, John, Stephen, Gladys, Doreen, Ellen and Ronald Stanbrook and Phyllis Prince. Funeral Information Calling hours will be held in the Russell Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., Brockton on Friday, November 11th from 4:00-7:00PM. Private cremation will follow.
