Minchin of Brockton January 6, 2005, Richard G. Minchin, 79 years. Husband of the late Mary Agnes (Carandonis) Minchin.

Funeral Service in the J. Frank Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton Tuesday at 11 am. Burial will be private at the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne. Visiting hours Monday 6-8 pm.

Obituary

Mr. Minchin died on Thursday at the Caritas Good Samaritan Medical Center after a period of failing health. He was born, raised and educated in Amesbury, son of the late Irving and Annie (Grant) Minchin. During WW II he served in the US Navy. Mr. Minchin had worked as a die maker for Norwich Leather in Brockton for many years and also worked at South Side Shaws Supermarket for many years.
