Richard G. Wilkinson, 58, of Bridgewater, passed away on Thursday, June 4, 2020 at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston. He was the husband of Rocio Wilkinson.
Born in New Bedford on May 15, 1962 he was the son of the late Robert L. Wilkinson and Martha C. (Souza) Wilkinson. Richard received an Associate's Degree from Bristol Community College.
Richard worked at the Steamship Authority in Woods Hole and he loved music, theater and was very active in the Madeira Club SS Sacramento in New Bedford.
In addition to his wife Rocio, Richard is survived by his daughter Isabella Wilkinson; stepson David Reyes; sister Patricia Wilkinson; brother Paul Wilkinson; stepmother Maria da Paz Wilkinson; and his parents in law Fernando and María Teresa Segovia. He was also the brother of the late David Wilkinson
Following cremation, calling hours will be held on Friday, June 19 from 8:30 to 10:30AM at Russell & Pica Funeral Home, 441 South Main St., (RT28) West Bridgewater thence to St. Thomas Aquinas Church, 103 Center St., Bridgewater where a memorial mass will be celebrated for the repose of his soul at 11:00AM. Interment to follow in St. Thomas Aquinas Cemetery.

All visitors may pause at Casket/Urn and then EXIT the Funeral Home.
All visitors when returning to their cars will please exit the property to allow others to enter.
All visitors will be able to greet family members from a safe distance but not able to touch.
