Robert A. "Bob" Foster, 84 of North Easton passed away December 6th at home surrounded by his loving family.

In addition to his beloved wife of 57 years, Heidemarie (Heidi) Foster (Schaller) he is survived by his daughter Tanja D. Horgan, his grandson Cameron, his grandson Austin and fiancee Maura Williams, his granddaughter Sydney, his sisters Ida Aldrich and Doris Lueck and her husband Norman, his brother Kenneth Foster and wife Mary. He was also the brother of the late James Foster and the late Edward Foster Jr.

Bob owned his first service station at age 19 before he was drafted to serve in the US Army during the Vietnam war,

after which he was proprietor of Morrissey Blvd Shell, followed by decades of being the proud owner of East Milton Shell, which was much more than a business to him. He contributed greatly to the community and was a mentor to many young people at the Shell. Robert's talents were many.In his Leisure time he loved to travel with his wife Heidi, refinish antiques- everything from furniture to cars. He was an avid fan of all sports, but his true joy in life was spending endless time with his three beloved grandchildren.

Funeral service in the Russell & Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., (Rt123) Brockton on Wednesday, December 14th at 4:00PM. Calling hours in the Russell & Pica Funeral Home on Wednesday, December 14th from 3:00-4:00PM. Interment will be private.
