Robert (Bill) Bouffard passed away on 1/8/2022 after a brief illness and at the age of 88. He was born in Boston and resided in Brockton for most of his life. He is preceded in death by his parents, Mary C. (Viecelli) Bouffard and John Bouffard; his brother, John J. Bouffard; and sisters Eleanor M. Hartsgrove and Vera Martikke; as well as his beloved daughter Jeanette P. Bouffard. He is survived by his wife, Mary P. (Hurley) Bouffard; his sister Ann Doran; his children Susan M. Wakefield and her husband James and Robert W. and his wife Kimberly; his grandchildren Leslie A. Wakefield of Oregon, Russell J. Wakefield and his wife Megan of Dartmouth, Philip Wakefield and his wife Briana of Brockton, Mathew Bouffard and his wife Caitlin of Middleboro, Michael Bouffard and his fiancee Shannon of South Carolina and Julia and Rachel Bouffard of East Bridgewater; his great-grandchildren Oliver James, Ava Simmone and Makenna Rose Wakefield of Dartmouth and Nora Mae Bouffard of Middleboro. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Mr. Bouffard was a Korean War Vet and a business owner specializing in heavy equipment construction before his retirement. Calling hours will be held in the Russell & Pica Funeral Home, 441 S. Main St., (Rt.28) West Bridgewater on Saturday, January 15th from 12:00 Noon-3:00 PM. Interment will be private at Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne.
