Bourassa of Brockton October 22, 2002, Robert L. “Bob” Bourassa, 66 years. Husband of Nancy L. (Brooks) (Holyoke) Bourassa. Father of Robert C. Bourassa of Maryland and Terri-Ann Bourassa of Brockton. Stepfather of George, Richard and Gina Holyoke all of Brockton. Grandfather of Nicholas and Samuel Bourassa, Ryan Mitchell, Cody Holyoke, Victoria Connolly, Richard and Kalanhi Holyoke.

A Memorial Service will be held at the Avon Baptist Church, 119 No. Main St.,Avon Monday at 11 am. Robert L. “Bob” Bourassa, 66 years of Brockton died Tuesday morning at the Caritas Good Samaritan Medical Center after a period of failing health. He was the husband of Nancy L. (Brooks) (Holyoke) Bourassa. Born and raised in Lowell, son of the late Alfred and Victoria (Cote) Bourassa. Resident of Brockton for the past 50 years. For many years he worked in the shipping/receiving dept. of Bourne Express in Brockton and he was an auto mechanic in several local garages. He retired from Matt Welch Construction Co. in Easton where he was employed as a maintenance man.

He is survived by his wife Nancy L. (Brooks) (Holyoke) Bourassa a son Robert C. Bourassa of Maryland, a daughter Terri-Ann Bourassa of Brockton, 2 stepsons, George and Richard Holyoke both of Brockton, a stepdaughter Gina Holyoke of Brockton and 7 grandchildren
