After a year long battle with pancreatic cancer, Robert C. Cerrato, Jr. (Bob), 71, went home to the Lord on Wednesday, December 13, 2023 at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston.

The eldest of their two sons, Bob was born to the late Robert Cerrato, Sr., and Marion Cerrato (Gillis). Bob was preceded in death by his beloved son Robert C. Cerrato III (Rob). He is survived by wife Shari Stellmacher-Cerrato and their daughter Grace. His daughter Lisa Cerrato; grandchildren James, Maddison, Danielle, Cheyenne, Cole, Tyler and wife Katie; and great-grandchildren Charlie and Brewer. His brother Eddie and wife Kristin and his nieces Julie and Lauren, along with many cousins.

Bob loved Jesus, his family, sports (especially golf), music, food and memories. He was quick to laugh and made many special relationships through his years of work at the UFCW Local 328 where he was passionate about helping those in need. Special thanks to the staff at Dana Farber Cancer Institute and Brigham and Women's Hospital for their outstanding care and compassion.

Calling hours will be 4-7pm at Russell & Pica Funeral Home, 17 Main Street, (RT105) Lakeville, MA on Monday December 18, 2023. A celebration of life service will be held on Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at 11am at Central Congregational Church, 2 Webster Street, Middleboro, MA. Interment will be private.
