Obituary

Miller, of Brockton January 16, 2005, Robert E. Miller, 71 years. Son of the late Lewis S. and Evelyn (Cox) Miller. Brother of Louis S. Miller of Upland,CA and the late Richard I. and Donald W. Miller. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visiting Hours will be held in the J. Frank Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street, (Rte 123) Brockton Thursday 5-7pm. A Masonic Service will be held at 6:30pm. Private burial Friday in Melrose Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Brockton VA Medical Center, 940 Belmont Street, Brockton, MA 02301 or the Paul Revere Lodge Masonic Angel Fund, 279 Prospect Street, Brockton, MA 02301.

Obituary Information

Mr. Miller died Sunday at the Brockton Hospital after a period of failing health. Born in Brockton, son of the late Lewis S. and Evelyn (Cox) Miller, he had been a lifelong resident of the city. He served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. For over 25 years he had been employed as a film processor at the former Mammoth Mart and Service Merchandise stores and also for Benner’s Camera Shop for 10 years. He had been very active in the Brockton Masons, and had also been a volunteer at the Brockton VA Medical Center for 20 years. He enjoyed photography.

He is survived by a brother Louis S. Miller of Upland, CA and several nieces and nephews.

He was the brother of the late Richard I. Miller and Donald W. Miller.
