Online Obituaries Robert B. Kelleher, formerly of East Falmouth and Brockton passed away on Thursday, October 15, 2015 in peace, uniting with the love of his life, Jeannette P. (Creeden) Kelleher; wife, and best friend of 75 years. Robert was the son of the late Marion E. and Joseph Kelleher of Brockton. Robert was a graduate of Stonehill College , class of 1954 where he received a Bachelors in English and Psychology and received his Masters Degree in Guidance at Boston College. Robert was a English Teacher at West Junior High School in Brockton, Director of Guidance at Bridgewater Raynham High School, Director of Guidance and Town Director for the Weymouth High School, and Real Estate Agent for McCormack Realty, he also ran a construction company R.B. Kelleher and Sons throughout his life educating and mentoring anyone who passed his way. He was a loving and caring husband and father and grandfather and with his best friend by his side since junior high shared a partnership that was the true meaning of happily ever after. He was an avid golfer, cross country skier and enjoyed reading , spending vacations in Maine and Florida and fundraising side by side with his wife at St. Edwards Church. He was the foundation of love, knowledge and a source of wisdom and inspiration to everyone who came into his life. He was a man of strength, honor and had many careers but his first and foremost was the true meaning of family. Robert is survived by his 9 children; Kathleen Kelleher, Bobbi Altimas and her husband Brian, Jay Kelleher, Laurie Cryder, Michael Kelleher and his wife Liz, Kristen Medeiros and her husband Jimmy, Jayne Kelleher, Colette Dolloff and her husband Wayne and Brian Kelleher and his wife Lori; along with his fifteen grandchildren, Jay W and his wife Johanna., Justin and his wife Holly, Jessica and her husband Liam, Adam, Amanda and her husband Charlie, Kelsey, Jared, Hannah, Haley , Michael, Jake, Zachary, Megan, Riley and Jayson; 2 great grandchildren, Harper and Jameson and his beloved dogs, Spencer and Dexter. He was also the brother of the late Donald Kelleher. Funeral Information A Funeral Mass will be celebrated for the repose of his soul in St. Thomas Aquinas Church, 103 Center St., Bridgewater on Wednesday at 10:00AM. Interment will follow in St. Mary Cemetery, Randolph. Calling hours in the Russell & Pica Funeral Home on Tuesday from 4:00-8:00PM.
