Robert M. Murray, 94, of West Bridgewater, passed away on Sunday, August 23, 2020 at St. Joseph Manor in Brockton. He was the husband of Mollie H. Murray. Born on February 23, 1926 in Cambridge, he was the son of the late Edward J. Murray and Marjory S. (Watson) Murray. After high school, Robert joined the United States Army during WWII. Robert enjoyed bowling, gardening, cards, cribbage, being with family and watching sports. In addition to his wife Mollie, Robert is survived by his children Robert Murray, Karen Haley, Laura Vieira and her husband Danny, Robin Perez and her husband Ovidio, Sharon Selby and her husband Donald, William Murray and his wife Delores, James Murray and his wife Tanya, Frank Weiner and Stephanie Callender; his grandchildren Matthew, Mark, Melissa, Mike, Robert, Jason, Justin, Logan, Aidan, Mario, Eddie, Matthew and Rachael; 12 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild. Robert was predeceased by his first wife, Betty Jean Murray. Calling hours with Covid-19 restrictions will be held in the Russell & Pica Funeral Home, 441 South Main St., (Rt28) West Bridgewater on Thursday, August 27th from 4:00PM-8:00PM. A funeral mass will be celebrated for the repose of his soul on Friday, August 28th at 10:30 in Our Lady of Lourdes Church, 439 West St., Brockton.
