Obituary

Robert L. Sheehan, 93 years, of Peachtree City, GA died peacefully February 20, 2009. He was the beloved husband of the late Henrietta (Tonoli) Sheehan. Born and raised in Brockton, a son of the late Dennis and Catherine (Quinn) Sheehan. He was a graduate of Brockton High school and served as a 1st Lt. with the US Army’s 6th Armored Division during WWII. Following his employment with the City of Brockton’s Water Department, he spent many years in sales. Mr. Sheehan had been a resident of Peachtree City for over 30 years; was an avid golfer and sports enthusiast.

He is survived by his niece Corinne L. Tierney, nephews Ernest Wright and Daniel O’Donnell, and several great and great great nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Katherine, John, Joseph, Edward, Dennis, Margaret and Mae Sheehan, Mildred Pendergast and Celia O’Donnell.

Funeral Service in the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton Friday at 11am. Visitation 10-11am. Burial in Calvary Cemetery.
