Online Obituaries Rosa M. De Carvalho, 72, of Brockton, passed away on Wednesday, December 25, 2013 at the Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton after a period of failing health. She was the wife of the late Fernando M. De Carvalho. Born September 1, 1941 in Brava, Cape Verde she was a daughter of the late Victor X. Lobo and Maria A. (Anahory) Lobo. Rosa worked as a supervisor for Ace Surgical in Brockton for many years. Her hobbies were music, singing, baking and crocheting. Rosa was a very handy person. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends most of all. Rosa is survived by her son, Micael De Carvalho; her granddaughter, Aneesia De Carvalho; her siblings, Raquel Castillo, Idilia Lopes, Maria Moreira, Marta DosSantos and her sister-in-law Maria Lobo. She is also survived by her several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was the sister of the late Eduardo Pinto and Eugenio A. Lobo. Funeral Information Funeral from the Russell Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., (Rt123) Brockton on Monday at 10:00AM followed by a Funeral Service in the First Church of the Nazarene, 89 North Pearl St., Brockton at 11:00AM.
