Rose N. (Kashgagian) Hamalian, 96, of West Bridgewater passed away Friday, March 4, 2022 surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of the late Max Hamalian. Born July 2, 1925 in Brockton, MA she was the daughter of the late Krekor and Barja (Varjabedian) Kashgagian. Along with her husband she owned and operated the former Myles Standish Cleaners in Bridgewater. She was a member of the Lions Club in West Bridgewater and the Bridgewater Garden Club. She especially loved summering on White Island Pond in Wareham with her loving family. She is survived by a daughter, Donna Capozzi and husband Edmund of Lakeville; two sons, Richard G. Hamalian and wife Stacy of West Bridgewater and Robert S. Hamalian and wife Linda of North Easton; five grandchildren, Steven Maleski, Robert Hamalian and wife Morgan, Aram Hamalian, Gregory Hamalian and Mark Hamalian; two great grandchildren, Alissa and Huxley. As well as several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was also the mother of the late H. Michael Hamalian and sister of the late Ara and Ira Kashgagian. A private graveside service will be held in Pine Hill Cemetery, West Bridgewater. The family will be having a celebration of her life on a day to be announced and invites everyone to join them.
