McDonald, of South Dennis, formerly of Brockton, November 16, 2001, Rose S. McDonald, 87 years. Twin sister of the late Marguerite A. Guinasso. Daughter of the late Philip S. and Margaret M. (McCue) McDonald.

Funeral from the J. Frank Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street, (Rte 123) Brockton, Tuesday at 8am. Funeral Mass in St. Margaret Church, Brockton at 9am. Burial in St. Patrick Cemetery, Brockton. Visiting Hours Monday 4-7pm

Obituary Information

Miss McDonald died Friday at Cape Cod Hospital following a short illness. Born in Brockton, daughter of the late Philip S. and Margaret M. (McCue) McDonald. She had been a resident of Brockton until moving to South Dennis with her twin sister Marguerite 25 years ago.

She graduated from Brockton High School, Class of 1933. After graduation she was employed in the Brockton store of WT Grant Company for about 10 years. She then became a telephone operator for New England Telephone at the School Street office and later at the Crescent Street office retiring in 1977.

She was a communicant of St. Pius X Church in South Yarmouth and a former communicant of St. Margaret Church in Brockton. She was a member of the Telephone Pioneers and of the Cape Cod Senior Bowling League, Yarmouth.

She is survived by several cousins
