Obituary

Rosemarie (Picanzo) Maki, age 58, of Wareham, formerly of Brockton, died Thursday, July 7, 2016 at Tobey Hospital following a lengthy battle with her health. Born in Brockton, she was the daughter of the late James J. and Arlene B. (Burr) Picanzo, Jr. She was a 1975 graduate of Brockton High School and a stay at home mother. Rosemarie enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. She also enjoyed arts and crafts, home decorating and painting, and spending time outdoors.

Rosemarie was the mother of Derek, Shannon and Amy Maki all of New Bedford and the late Thomas Maki; grandmother of Amber, Nathan, Skylah and Addison; sister of James J. Picanzo, III and his wife Carolyn of Dartmouth, Michael R. Picanzo and his wife Cindy of South Easton, Linda Kavgic of West Wareham and Christopher E. Picanzo and his companion Kim Edwards of Brockton. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visiting Hours will be held in the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton, Wednesday 5-7pm, followed by a funeral service at 7pm.
