Prescott of Braintree, April 19, 2004, Rosemarie (Torres) Prescott, 58 years. Mother of Lynn Moran of CT and Kimberly Gonsalves of Taunton. Sister of Mary Langille of Millis and Anthony Torres of CA.

Funeral from the J. Frank Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street, (Rte 123) Brockton Saturday at 7:30 am. Funeral Mass in St. Catherine of Siena Church, Norwood at 9 am. Burial in Highland Cemetery, Norwood. Visiting hours Friday 5-8 pm. Donations may be made in Rosemarie’s memory to St. Catherine of Siena Church, 547 Washington St., Norwood, MA 02062.

Obituary

Rosemarie died unexpectedly Monday at her home in Braintree. Born and raised in Norwood, daughter of the late Anthony and Alva (Vertoldi) Torres. She graduated from Norwood High School and received an Associate Degree from Massasoit Community College. At the time of her death she was employed by Open Doors. Long time parishioner of St. Catherine of Siena Church in Norwood. She was an avid tennis player and enjoyed crafts.

She is survived by two daughters, Lynn Moran of Hamden,CT and Kimberly Gonsalves of Taunton, two grandsons, a sister Mary Langille of Millis, and a brother Anthony Torres of Culver City, CA.
