Sandra J. Higgins, 67, passed away Wednesday, July 10, 2019 at Advent Health Orlando Hospice in Orlando, FL. She was the loving wife of Thomas Higgins. Born December 30, 1951 in North Kingstown, RI she was the daughter of William Thomas and the late Gwendolyn (Jennings) Carlin. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her two children, Lisa Bui and Eric Dickens, and four grandchildren, Halie, Tyler, Anna and Devin. She was also the mother of the late Kristen and Scott Casey. Graveside service will be held at Pine Hill Cemetery, West Bridgewater on Saturday, September 28, 2019 at 9:00AM.
