Obituary

Sidney Forman, age 86, of Brockton, died August 4, 2013 at Kindred Northeast Specialty Hospital. He was born, raised and educated in Brockton, son of the late Harry and Frieda (Godes) Forman. Sid served in the Army during Korea and had been a longtime member of VFW Post 8892 in Avon. For many years had been a truck driver for various companies in the area.

He is survived by his longtime companion Alice Wright of Brockton; his sisters Rita Bussey and Esther Duquette both of West Bridgewater and several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Irving Forman.

A Graveside Service will be held Wednesday, August 14, 2013 at 10am in Melrose Cemetery.
