, 88, died Wednesday morning, August 13, 2008 at her home in Brockton under the care of her family and hospice.
Born June 5, 1920 in Portugal, she was the daughter of the late Manuel Conde and Joanna Jesus Facica.
She is survived by her daughter, Maria Martins of Brockton and several other relatives.
