Sophal Chan Chin Sophal Chan Chin , 46, of Brockton, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, May 17, 2011 at the Milton Hospital. She was the wife of Monyreth Thou. Born October 4, 1964 in Cambodia, she was the daughter of the late Chauon Chin and Nguon Ting Kim. Mrs. Chin owned and operated Quality Workforce Employment Agency in Brockton and also was a Real Estate Investor. She is survived by her husband, Monyreth Thou; her children, Alexander M.
