Online Obituaries Sotirios S. Sam Liontos, 73, passed away Friday, October 28, 2016 at Brigham and Womens Hospital after a brief illness. Born August 7, 1943 in Koukli, Greece, he was the son of the late Stavros and Evdokia Liontos. Sam was a bartender for many years. He is survived by his sister, Catarena 'Rena' Tsoukas and her husband Kosta of Greece; his sister-in-law, Vasilia Liontos; his nephews and nieces, Steve Liontos, Tom Liontos, Tellis Tsoukas and Effie Tsoukas; his grand-nephew, Vasilios Kosta; his loving friend, Irene Economos; he is also survived by other grand-nieces and grand-nephews.. He was the brother of the late Christos Liontos and Uncle of the late Lena Tsoukas. Funeral Information Calling hours will be held in the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, 457 Oak St., Brockton on Thursday from 10:00-11:00AM followed by a funeral service in the church at 11:00AM. Interment will follow in Melrose Cemetery, Brockton.
