Stamatia "Toula" (Kousios) Gavalas, 71, of Bridgewater passed away Friday, July 5, 2019 at the Brigham & Women's Hospital in Boston with her loving family by her side. Born December 28, 1947 to Paraskevi (Goulos) and Demetrios Kousios of Larissa, Greece. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, long walks in D.W. Field Park and spending time with her famil She is survived by her loving husband, Petros Gavalas, son, Starvros "Steve" Gavalas and his wife Kristie and their sons, Peter and Alex; son, Demetrios "Jimmy" Gavalas and his wife Jessica; as well as several sisters. A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 15th at 11:00AM in the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, 457 Oak Street, Brockton. Interment will follow in Pine Hill Cemetery, West Bridgewater. Visitation will be prior to the service from 10:00AM to 11:00AM in the CHURCH.
