Manning of Brockton Sept. 14, 2002 Stella W. (Kianski) Manning 95 years. Wife of the late Atty. Raymond L. Manning. Mother of Leo R. Manning and his wife Patricia of Sandwich and Elaine L. Manning of Easton. Grandmother of Leo R. Jr, John, Robert and Stephen Manning and Mary DeLacy.

Funeral from the J. Frank Conley Funeral Home 138 Belmont St. (Rte 123) Brockton Tuesday at 8 AM. Funeral Mass in St. Edward Church at 9 AM. Burial in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation Tues. 8-8:30 AM. In lieu of flowers donations in Stella’s memory may be made to the charity of one’s choice.

Obituary

Mrs. Manning died Saturday evening in the Braemoor Rehabilitation and Nursing Center following a period of failing health. She was born in Poland, daughter of the late Frank P. and Edna (Zulkiewicz) Kianski and came to Brockton in 1913. She attended Brockton schools.

Mrs. Manning had been a milliner at Chandlers in Boston. She was an excellent cook and seamstress designing many of her own clothes.

She had been a longtime communicant of Our Lady of Ostrabrama Church.She is survived by her son and daughter, 5 grandchildren and 5 great grand childrenShe was the sister of the late Henry and Alexander Kianski
