Obituary

Stephanie Jo Pechilis, age 66, of Taunton, died unexpectedly on November 29, 2023 at Morton Hospital. Stephanie was the wife of the late Nicholas Pechilis. Born in Pensacola, FL, she was raised and educated in Brockton, daughter of the late Victor and Shelby (McClusky) Trischitta.

She had worked for the Marshfield Public School department and Carol’s Boutique in Whitman.

Stephanie was beautiful, loving, caring, warm, funny, supportive and kind. She had a big heart and was always smiling. Stephanie’s greatest joy in life was spending time with her children and spoiling her grandchildren. She also enjoyed cooking and time at the beach in Marshfield.

Stephanie is survived by her sons James Pechilis and his wife Betsy of Whitman and Nicholas Pechilis of Taunton. She was the grandmother of Natalie Pechilis of Whitman and Demetrius Pechilis of Wareham and sister of Vicky Pesa, Katrina Trischitta, Cheryle Swan, Victor Trischitta, Lindsey Trischitta, Anthony Trischitta and Dominic Trischitta.

Visitation will be held in the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton on Monday, December 4 from 4-7pm, followed by a Funeral Service at 7pm.
