Online Obituaries Stephen J. Mansfield, of Brockton, passed away Thursday, July 7, 2016 at the Good Samaritan Medical Center. He was a loving husband to Diane (Freestone) Mansfield, and amazing father to his two sons, Bobby and John, a wonderful father in law to his 'daughter' Jill and a wonderful Grampa to his granddaughter, Ella. Steve enjoyed life to the fullest and always enjoyed telling a good joke. A few of his favorite things to do were hanging out at the dog track, going out to eat and having cookouts with family and friends during the summer months. Steve was best known for his raunchy sense of humor and could always put a smile on someone's face, even at the most inappropriate times. He was a one of a kind person and will be missed beyond words. We will keep him close to our hearts, always. Funeral Information A Memorial Gathering will be held in the Russell & Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St., (Rte 123) BROCKTON, on Wednesday, July 13th from 4:00- 6:00PM.
