Steven Charles Hambly, age 61 years, of Brockton, MA, died Saturday, February 13, 2021. He was the eldest son of the late Charles E. Hambly Jr. Steven was born, raised and lived his life in the Brockton area. He was an independent contractor providing plumbing, painting, and carpentry. Steven loved working on cars especially classic vehicles. He loved spending time with his children and grandchild. He enjoyed NASCAR racing, going to the beach, drawing, listening to music, fishing, and golfing. Steven is survived by his two beloved children, Marissa A. Hambly and her fiancé Jake Amaral of Dartmouth and Ryan C. Hambly and his fiancé Lillie Tavares of Brockton; he has one grandchild, Joshua Amaral of Dartmouth; his mother, Linda C. Hambly of West Bridgewater; four siblings; Mark C. Hambly and his wife Kathleen of Osterville, Laura L. Hamilton, and her husband Andrew of Pennsylvania; Paul E. Hambly and his wife Margaret of Mashpee, Michael S. Hambly and his wife Catarina of W. Bridgewater; and the late Jason M. Hambly of W. Bridgewater; and several nieces and nephews.
