Steven Dominic Paulo passed away May 18, 2020, at 51, due to his personal struggles with addiction. Steven was born November 6, 1968 and grew up in Avon, with his mother, Donna (Vaught) Paulo, his father, Rocco Paulo, his older brother, Jon and his younger sister, Melissa. Steven became a father to Tyler Steven Paulo in 1996. Although Steven could not get his addiction under control, he enjoyed spending time with his son going fishing, drawing and playing and taking about music. Steven had a huge heart under his addiction and had a love for animals, mechanics and trying to help others. Steven spent most of his adult life working at Regal Auto Parts and Brockton Auto Parts for Hank Galante, whom Steven lovingly referred to as his second father. Steven is survived by his son Tyler Paulo of Taunton, his, as he referred to as,"ex wife", Rachel Weiner of Raynham, and his "ex mother in law", Mikki Weiner of Boynton Beach, FL. He is also survived by his older brother Jon Paulo, of Port Orange, FL, and his nephew Shane Paulo, of Tennessee, Steven's younger sister Melissa (Paulo) Trammell, her husband Stan and nephews Christopher Detlefsen, Liam Moran and niece Isabella Trammell. A memorial service will be held at the Universal Missionary Church at 30 North Main St., Brockton on Saturday, May 30, 2020 at 10am. In lieu of flowers, donations to the church would be greatly appreciated.
