Susan Jane (Wallace) Lyons, 78, of Brockton passed away on Saturday, January 4, 2025 at Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital.

Born in Brookline on November 20, 1946, she was the daughter of Barton Daniel and Gladys Jane (Ferron) Wallace. She was a 1964 graduate of Brookline High School and a 1983 graduate of Cape Cod Community College School of Nursing.

Susan worked as a Registered Nurse for 35 years before retiring. In her free time she enjoyed antiquing, researching family history, traveling, and spending time with family.

In addition to her husband, Joe, Susan is survived by her son Ross Phipps of Plymouth, and daughter Shellie Costa of Wareham, her beloved grandson's Corey Phipps of Taunton and Brandon Costa of Wareham. She is predeceased by her brother William B. and his wife Joan (DeRosa) Wallace, and her cousin Barbara (Ferron) Richter.

At Susan's request, services will be private.
